Do I need to empty my fridge first?
No. We secure your contents in cold holding during service.
Will you throw anything away?
Only items you specifically approve. We ask first and log your answer.
Do you take care of leftover containers?
Yes — when you authorize disposal, we can empty designated leftovers and wash eligible reusable containers as part of the refrigerator detail. We never discard anything without permission.
How do I tell you what to keep or toss?
About 24 hours before your appointment we send a short check-in, "Your Fridge, Your Rules." Choose Fresh Start, Selective Refresh, or Keep Everything. If you don't answer, we keep everything.
Is the freezer included?
No — it's an optional add-on with its own price and time.
Do I need to be home?
An adult should be present at the start and end of the appointment.
Can you fix my fridge?
No. We're detailers, not appliance technicians. We'll note anything concerning.
Are you available 24/7?
Bookings can be made online anytime. Our team works scheduled hours.
